  • The Chronicle of Philanthropy

    This website includes a summary of the contents of the Chronicle's current and back issues; a database of all corporate and foundation grants listed in the Chronicle since 1995; a listing of award and RFP deadlines; surveys conducted by the Chronicle and reports of other surveys conducted by other organizations; job opportunities in the nonprofit sector; a listing of upcoming conferences and workshops; and annotated links to other nonprofit resources on the Internet.

  • Foundation News & Commentary

    Published by The Council on Foundations, this journal provides information, ideas, analysis and commentary relevant to effective grantmaking and seeks to enhance understanding of organized philanthropy by grantseekers, policymakers, opinion leaders and the society at large. The website includes current articles from the journal and as well as book reviews, information on upcoming conferences and events, and a free email newsletter.

  • The Nonprofit Times

    The NonProfit Times is a biweekly print publication covering nonprofit management issues. The website has selected articles and features from current and archived past issues of the publication and also includes a classified employment advertisement section and a resource directory that lists names and addresses of service-related organizations.

  • Philanthropy Journal

    The Philanthropy Journal reports on state, national, and international nonprofit news and addresses issues of fundraising, donations, management, volunteering, and technology in the philanthropic and nonprofit community. Weekly email news bulletins and job postings are available through the site.

  • Philanthropy News Digest

    The Philanthropy News Digest (PND) contains abstract summaries of original articles, press and news releases, and grantmaker websites. PND also includes the RFP Bulletin, which provides a brief overview of current funding opportunities offered by foundations or other grantmaking organizations; Connections, a guide to websites containing cutting-edge issues related to philanthropy; the NPO Spotlight, which highlights the activities of a different nonprofit organization or NGO each week; newsmaker interviews; book and website reviews; a conference calendar; the Job Corner; a message board; and a searchable archive.

  • Stanford Social Innovation Review

    Published by the Center for Social Innovation at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, SSIR offers ideas and tactics to advance the strategy and leadership of grantmakers, nonprofit managers, consultants and researchers. The website includes article summaries, an archive of past stories, as well as free sample articles. Some of the material on the site is available only to subscribers.
